The LEPTOSPIRA TEST test kit can immediately detect the presence of IgM antibodies against Leptospira interrogans in blood or serum qualitatively. Tests carried out 10-30 days after exposure to the disease, gave a sensitivity value of 80.9% and a specificity of 96.2%.
